Maiden England: mais datas confirmadas!

Salute!

Como de costume em toda nova turnê, os fãs sul-americanos ainda aguardam a definição da agenda dos shows de 2013, mesmo estando em meados de outubro. Essa espera parece não ter fim.

Nessa semana, mais precisamente ontem, a banda anunciou mais cinco shows que serão realizados na Alemanha, nos meses de Junho e Julho de 2013 (Frankfurt dia 11/06, Berlin 18/06, Hamburgo 19/06, Singen-Aach 29/06 e Oberhausen 06/07), somando agora oito shows confirmados para 2013, com ingressos que serão vendidos a partir de segunda-feira, 15/06/2012.

Enquanto esperamos, vou começar hoje a postar as 17 músicas e também as curiosidades do setlist realizado até agora nesta turnê - que esperamos poder assistir na íntegra e sem grandes mudanças, em solo brasileiro.

1. MOONCHILD

Faixa 1 do sétimo álbum de estúdio "Seventh Son os a Seventh Son", lançado em 1988, Moonchild pode ter sido inspirada em um romance escrito pelo britânico ocultista Aleister Crowley (cujo título leva o mesmo nome) em 1917. Seu enredo envolve uma guerra mágica entre um grupo de magos brancos, liderado pelo protagonista Simon Iff , e um grupo de magos negros sobre uma criança por nascer. Foi publicado pela primeira vez por em 1929. O autor era mago, hedonista, "usuário recreacional de drogas" e crítico social. Em muitas de suas façanhas ele "iria contra os valores morais e religiosos do seu tempo". Além de suas atividades esotéricas, ele era também um premiado jogador de xadrez, um alpinista, poeta e dramaturgo.
